*The Discount Price is only for delegates who pre-register and prepay USD 200 per person before August 8, 2008.The Conference fee includes two luncheons, one cocktail party, tea break, drink and brochure.

Payment terms:

We will cancel the reservation in case your conference fee is not being paid 15 days before the opening of the conference.

Program change terms:

All issues including topics and spokesman will be confirmed before the conference. However, your forgiveness is respectfully asked for any change or even cancellation which is outside the control of the organization committee.

Accommodation terms:

Conference fee does not include accommodation and transportation costs. Delegates will be entitled to enjoy preferential prices in the Broadway Mansions Hotel (five-star hotel). To take the special rate, please handle us the Hotel Reservation Form immediately provided upon confirmation of your attendance. We will reserve the hotel until two weeks prior to the event on a first-come-first-to served basis. After that time, rooms will be subject to availability.

Simultaneous translation:

A professional team of interpreters will provide simultaneous translation during the entire two-day event (From Mandarin to English and vice versa).

Cancellation terms:

If you need to cancel the reservation, we will make a prompt refund less service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations before July 31st, 2008. Any cancellation reserved after the August 1st, 2008 and before the August 14, 2008 will bear 50% of the fee. Cancellation reserved after August 15, 2008 shall bear the overall conference fee.
